A Surprise Valentine’s Day Gift from My Man

So, Alex got me a surprise Valentine’s Day gift this year. And I couldn’t be happier! You all know very well that I always steal Alex’s stuff – from clothes, to beauty products, to phone chargers – and it drives him bananas. My recent loot? His Dyson Supersonic hairdryer. Duh!

Sure, he let me test it out the first time he got it. But ever since, it has conveniently been stored on his side of the vanity. What’s a girl to do? Well, when he’s not looking, I just walk over to his side and take the hairdryer. My only mistake is that I always forget to put it back (as with everything I use), which is basically like asking to get caught.

This back and forth has gone on for some months now. And it is especially annoying when we both have wet hair and end up fighting over who is going to get to use the Dyson Supersonic first. (He wins every time). I mean, it’s one of the hottest beauty products on the market. It’s sleek, light-weight and actually cuts down your drying time by at least half. It even makes the cutest sound when you use it. Like a little miniature rocket about to take off into the moonlight. (The more I use it, the more I love it).

Anyway, knowing how much I love the Dyson Supersonic, Alex actually surprised me with one of my very own for V-day! I mean, it’s a win-win. Now we don’t have to fight over who gets to use it first. And we can finally, both get ready at the same time. Seriously, ladies, if you’re doing V-day gifts with your partner this year, you should ask for the Dyson Supersonic. Drop some major hints AKA send your partner a link to this blog post with a little heart emoji beside it.

Works. Every. Time.

Happy Valentine’s Day, lovers!!!

xoxo

Okay, I think marriage and having children are big steps and should be taken on the couple’s timeline….But dear god, make with the (inevitably fashionable) babies, already!

#SelfLove is the most important love of all. Also re: single as a Pringle. DYING. But allow me to point out that Pringles are never alone! They come in a can like a squad – they have love and friends all around them. Maybe your Prince Pringle (or Princess Pringle depending on the way you swing) is right around the corner :) :) :)

      xoxo J
