What an Olympic story so far. Today is the perfect day to post this outfit in celebration of Canada ranking FIRST in the medal standings at the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics. After hosting the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, I got mad love for Team Canada – and not to mention, obsessed with uncovering the latent romance between figure skaters, Tessa & Scott, thanks to brilliant montage in the season finale of their TV show. All I’m saying, if I was Scott Moyer’s GF, I would be sending a telegram that reads: “BYE. STOP” to his communal hotel room in Sochi on V-Day after watching that episode.
This look is a mix of sporty and chic – I decided to pair my black alpaca wool trench with a hoodie and tights, and to my boyfriend’s dismay, my patent leather creepers. Just cuz he knows fashion doesn’t mean I have to take his advice all the time. To be honest, I’m waiting on my own “BYE. STOP” telegram after posting these pics.
