Topshop turtleneck // Free People jeans // Lacoste sunglasses // Daniel Wellington watch // Vintage bag // Dune London Lolled espadrilles.

Summer is nigh! My latest outfit draws on some summer staples paired with all-season items like the go-to turtleneck. Truth be told, my mom made me wear a turtleneck to the beach once because I had a tickle in my throat. Looking back, I looked kinda cute with my long ponytail and bangs, a tiny navy blue bikini bottom and red turtleneck, oversized bobble head. So why not embrace the turtleneck in warmer temperatures?

My mom also did me right by bringing back this straw beach bag from Acapulco in the 70s (and judging by her closet, Acapulco was a fashion mecca in those days). I love how it’s more of a briefcase instead of the traditional tote shape – and it goes so well with my new espadrilles from Dune London. It wasn’t that warm outside so I wore a pair of ripped jeans but I actually can’t wait to wear these shoes with navy bikini bottoms and, you guessed it, a ruby red turtleneck. Tell me that’s not the epitome of cool.

You can buy at any market in Mexico, they are very inexpensive here. Lots of models.

See the below commentator – they are available in Mexico. My mom bought this one in Acapulco. Time to schedule a vacay! xo
