My Style | Blue Babydoll

My Style | Blue Babydoll

With Spring around the corner, it’s time to decide what your style of the season is going to be. I love to mix flowing lines with sporty accents, when it comes to warm weather dressing. We can all get away with a cute, baby blue babydoll, like this silky version from Free People, that I bought at my go-to retailer for all things, Nordstrom. Do you like it? I think it’s pretty sweet. Sugary sweet!

Once you have a great little dress, the sky is the limit. Accessorizing is so easy when you shop at Nordstrom. I love that there are so many options when it comes to style and vibes. I’ve been dreaming of these Stella McCartney Elyse cutout oxfords for quite some time now. Pair them with the dress? Not a likely combination but I think it works in a way that makes you go. Hm. That’s pretty cool.

I’m pretty cool, right?

So, when I’m shopping for a full outfit at Nordstrom (which, I do very often!) I have such a blast. I love getting the opportunity to partner with Nordstrom on these fun outfit posts for you guys. And even when I’m not doing stuff for my blog, I shop at Nordstrom for most of my clothes, shoes and accessories. I even buy most of my presents from Nordstrom. If I’m coming over for a celebration, you better believe I’ll be toting a silver shopping bag with something very special inside for you!

If you need help picking out a few dresses in a similar style of what I’m wearing in this post, I’ve assembled a list of my favourites from Nordstrom. Trust me, you’ll love their womenswear selection. I am obsessed!

I also love learning about new accessory lines at Nordstrom. Like this velvet choker by Vanessa Mooney that I got at Nordstrom. It sort of ties the whole outfit together like a middle ground between the edgy shoes and the super girly dress. But there are so many more chokers to choose from at Nordstrom. You can do anything from the simple, to the over-the-top embellished with bows and charms.

Do you guys think I did a good job at putting this tropical-meets-tennis look? Leave me a comment below and let’s chat!

xoxo

Totally getting some 70s vibes from this look and I am loving it! Also, I still remember that make up look from your insta stories and still love it as much now as I did then!

Thanks, Ciara! Yes I thought it would be a fun idea to do blue eyeshadow lol. I’m playing more with my eyes lately. Do you have any Free People items in your closet? This was one of my first purchases since forever of their pieces. Still doing great things! xoxo J
