Round two of my go at styling the new Nasty Gal collection pieces now available literally down. the. street. Boutique owner, Jaya Kahlon of the Queen West boutique, Sauvage (644 Queen St. West) had a eureka moment when she decided to stock Nasty Gal for us Torontonians – and I was obviously the first person to get my hands on it. Like I said in Part I of this collabo: I’m a Nasty Gal.
The crushed velvet crop top caught my eye as soon as I walked in the store. Luckily all that yoga has primed me for showing off my tummy – don’t hate, I sweated for that shit. I also love me a micro-mini to show off my legs – now those I was born with, for gangly or worse, so, hate away!
I feel like I could go dancing all night in this outfit. The extra-high slit gives just enough legroom for gettin’ low and funky with it. Word to the wise: leave the Hermès at home.
Jetset Outfit: Nasty Gal collection top + skirt available at Sauvage; Nine West shoes; Hermès bracelets.
