Ever New Melbourne Comes to Toronto

Just last week I attended the grand opening party for Ever New, an Australian clothing brand from Melbourne, at the Toronto Eaton Centre. Lucky me, I got the chance to work with the brand, styling pieces from their Sahara Collection for my blog – the fruits of my labour here. I’ve spent a few weeks with the clothing, shoes and accessories so I feel as though I can speak to their fabulousness. And fabulous they are. This is the kind of store you can get good quality and on trend pieces without breaking the bank.

For example, their handbag and shoe lines offer eye-catching variations of thing like the wedge sneaker and suede ankle boot (as you can see, I got two pairs). I love their handbags, too. The designs follow the popular silhouettes of the season without the big commitment. My favourite is the Rosie Saddle Bag. I’ve paired it with tapered black trousers, a sleeveless vest and ankle boots. You can’t really go wrong in this look. It’s classic, current and sweet.

Another item I really really really love is the wool coat. Why? Because it’s two coats in one! Light winter beige on one side, grey on the other. It’s super warm and well priced at $299. I believe it is in stores right now and will be the perfect coat(s) to start your transitional wardrobe with. I’ve paired it with a fit and flare skirt (also available in store now) and again, loving my ankle boots! Truth be told, I based this look on a Scandinavian blogger I follow adding my own twist (she did it with thigh-high boots) and a Chanel bag. That’s what I love about Ever New – a mix of basics and trendy accents that can afford you any hot look on IG right now.

Can’t forget the gorgeous Anya Bardot dress that just dropped in stores over the weekend. The best part about this dress is the back detailing, in my opinion. So if you plan on wearing it, you must have an updo. Trust me.

PS. Yes, this is the same brand as Forever New, in case anyone already familiar with them was wondering.

This post was sponsored by Ever New however all the opinions that appear are my own. Had a fab time styling these pieces and a big thanks to Ever New for giving me all these gorgeous pieces for my Fall Wardrobe.
