My Style | Black is the new Black

When I said that white was all the rage for Fall, I really meant black. Where white requires careful planning and a driver, black is foolproof cool. Maybe this is why Gap has introduced their Black Denim line just in time for the changing leaves and when our souls die. Not to go all emo on you guys, I added a quick splash of zig-zag Euro-ness to this look with my new (beloved) Missoni x Converse high-top sneakers. I usually never wear high-tops but the zig-zag pattern actually renders the high-top quite flattering for those whose ankles are their second to none worst feature. It’s grungy, it screams Alexander Wang please tongue me, and I think my hair better suits everything these days.*

*I previously referred to my latest haircut as a “bob,” but I’ve been informed that it is actually called a “lob” because it’s a longer bob (as opposed to a shorter bob).
